Nightmare generations in the making, Sony Pictures cordially invite to watch the UK Trailer for horror The Invitation. Do you really want to make the rest of your family?

This one was originally called ‘The Bride‘ inspired by mythology of Dracula. This one stars Nathalie Emmanuel who plays Evie, a young woman who has just lost her mother. She always believed she had no living relatives only to discover a long lost cousin. She is invited to a lavish wedding in England and despite the odd things that are happening around her, she uncovers the family has dark secrets. Becoming a a journey of survival amongst “a gothic conspiracy is afoot”.

This film teases that visually and auditory will be tested, this looks creepy. Evie might also be involved in the wedding more than she wishes…

After the death of her mother and having no other known relatives, Evie (Nathalie Emmanuel) takes a DNA test…and discovers a long-lost cousin she never knew she had. Invited by her newfound family to a lavish wedding in the English countryside, she’s at first seduced by the sexy aristocrat host but is soon thrust into a nightmare of survival as she uncovers twisted secrets in her family’s history and the unsettling intentions behind their sinful generosity.

The film will also star Thomas Doherty, Stephanie Corneliussen, Alana Boden, Courtney Taylor, Hugh Skinner, and Sean Pertwee.

The Invitation will be released in UK and Irish cinemas from 26th August.
