Winnie The Pooh: Blood And Honey, childhood destroyed!

Hundred Acre Wood will never be looked at in the same way again after Winnie The Pooh: Blood And Honey. Altitude Film have released the film’s UK Trailer and it will ‘destroy’ childhood memories!

After building up such a buzz last year on the horror film circuit, Rhys Frake-Waterfields slasher is finally coming to UK. An unexpected re-imagining inspired by A.A Milne‘s classic story into a fully fledged horror. Pooh Bear and Piglet will embark a ‘cannibalistic rampage’ which will a group of college girls rural holiday turns nightmare. Blame Christopher Robin.

Not one for the kids, one for the big horror loving kids. Despite it’s low budget fans loving what they see, something totally bonkers. If this hasn’t destroyed your loving childhood, Bambi and Peter Pan are possible next in line! If this is any good we’ll leave that to you, it looks generic nothing special. What ever you think, this ain’t no bedtime story!

During childhood, Christopher Robin befriended Winnie-the-Pooh, Piglet and their friends, played games and fed them. But as he grew older, the visits stopped, leaving them increasingly hungry and desperate, eyeing Eeyore as food. Now Christopher has returned to the forest with his new wife hoping to introduce her to his old friends. But it sends Pooh and Piglet on a murderous scavenger hunt for human flesh when they antagonise a group of college girls on a rural cabin vacation. Will Christopher still get Pooh back on the right track?

The film will star Amber Doig-Thorne, Maria Taylor, May Kelly, Danielle Scott, and Craig David Dowsett. Winnie The Pooh: Blood And Honey will play in select UK and Irish cinemas from 10th March. Including Arrow FrightFest Glasgow (sold out) with a Blu-ray, DVD and Digital release in Spring.
