Television loves to shock when it can, Late Night with the Devil Starring David Dastmalchian it shocked a nation. Next month Vertigo Releasing / Shudder will release the film, today they tease us with the UK Trailer.
Since it’s world premiere at last year’s SXSW, and majority of genre fans have given the film thumbs up. It caught my eye during it’s journey through the film festival circuit and now we’re only weeks away from it’s UK release.
Late Night With The Devil stars Dastmalchian (Dune, The Boogeyman) as Television chat show host Jack Delroy. It’s 1977, Halloween and his show Night Owls was once pinnacle of late night chat shows. Determined to save his show he brings on a special guest, who might be more than you think when things go terribly wrong.

In 1977 a live television broadcast goes horribly wrong, unleashing evil into living rooms across the United States.
The film stars David Dastmalchian (Dune, The Dark Knight) as Jack Delroy, host of a late-night talk show. On Halloween night 1977 havoc unfolds when Delroy interviews a parapsychologist and the subject of her recent book, a young teenager who is the sole survivor of a Satanic church’s mass suicide.
The film also stars Laura Gordon, Ingrid Torelli, Ian Bliss, Fayssal Bazzi, and Rhys Auteri. Late Night With The Devil will be in UK and Irish Cinemas from 22nd March. Shudder haven’t announced when the film will stream on their channel.
