Watch The Seriously Creepy Scary Stories To Tell In The Dark First Trailer

It seems to be a good time to be a horror fan, fans have been spoiled with some great horrors.the past few years and 2019 is looking like no different and Scary Stories To Tell In The Dark possibly adding to the success.
After February’s slew of scary TV Spots left us wondering if this film’s actual targeted audience is actually kids/teens. Now today Entertainment One has released the UK version of the International Trailer and this is seriously creepy!
Based on Alvin Schwartz books of the same name he made between 1981 and 1991. The recent Spots included Big Toe, Jangly Man, Pale Lady and Red Spot. All in the classic books and the film does seems to have some new ones too. This time we find ourselves in 1968 small town USA with the stories once unconnected may now be connected.
Schwartz is onboard as a producer alongside Guillermo Del Toro giving this film some serious horror power. And off course a generation of fans plenty of brown tro moments!

It’s 1968 in America. Change is blowing in the wind…but seemingly far removed from the unrest in the cities is the small town of Mill Valley where for generations, the shadow of the Bellows family has loomed large. It is in their mansion on the edge of town that Sarah, a young girl with horrible secrets, turned her tortured life into a series of scary stories, written in a book that has transcended time—stories that have a way of becoming all too real for a group of teenagers who discover Sarah’s terrifying tome.
Scary Stories To Tell In The Dark still doesn’t have a UK or Irish Release date just yet. The film still has ‘Coming Soon’(USA is still d as August 9th).
The film also stars Zoe Colletti, Michael Garza, Gabriel Rush, Austin Abrams, Dean Norris, Gil Bellows, and Lorraine Toussaint. André Øvredal (Trollhunter, The Autopsy of Jane Doe)directs this one
