Watch The Dreamy New All Of Us Are Strangers UK Trailer

Next month, Searchlight Pictures will release Andrew Haigh‘s All Of Us Are Strangers in UK Cinemas. Today the studio have released a dreamy heartfelt new UK Trailer.
Andrew Scott and man of the moment Paul Mescal star in this one. A movie a little hard to describe without spoiling things. It’s romantic drama, it’s also a fantasy hence the dreamlike tone to this trailer. It’s based on Taichi Yamada’s 1988 novel Strangers and without going into too many details, there is a lot of changes.
The biggest change is the film moves from Tokyo, Japan to London. Adam (Scott) crosses paths with his mysterious neighbour Harry (Mescal) and the pair hit off instantly. As things blossom into something romantic, Adam heads back to his childhood home where his parents seem to be living, despite dying 3 decades ago.
We don’t have a online version of the film’s review, we do have a Podcast version. When you listen, you can clearly hear myself and Clotilde, we adored the film…

One night in his near-empty tower block in contemporary London, Adam (Andrew Scott) has a chance encounter with a mysterious neighbour Harry (Paul Mescal), which punctures the rhythm of his everyday life. As a relationship develops between them, Adam is preoccupied with memories of the past and finds himself drawn back to the suburban town where he grew up, and the childhood home where his parents (Claire Foy and Jamie Bell), appear to be living, just as they were on the day they died, 30 years before.
The film also stars Jamie Bell and Claire Foy. You can catch All Of Us Are Strangers in UK and Irish cinemas from 26th January 2024.
