Watch Guy Pearce ‘Exorcise’ In The Seventh Day UK Trailer

Training Day for exorcists? That’s what some website’s are calling Guy Pearce‘s indie Horror The Seventh Day. Today Dazzler Media release the film’s UK trailer, asking how far are you willing put yourself  in the face of danger?

If you guy by the Training Day comparisons, Pearce will be our Denzil Washington, a senior priest who takes a rookie priest under his wing. Starting his learn him about possession as well as exorcism, things ‘go south’  when reality and evil blur. Forcing the men to face their very own demons.

The set up is generic, but this teases there could be a few twists that might make this one rise above.

In this fresh and terrifying new horror, a renowned exorcist teams up with a rookie for his first day of training. As they plunge deeper into hell on earth, the lines between good and evil blur, and their own demons emerge.

From the mind of acclaimed new horror writer-director Justin P. Lange (The Dark), The Seventh Day stars Guy Pearce (Prometheus, Memento), Vadhir Derbez (How to Be a Latin Lover, Sense8), Keith David (21 Bridges, They Live) and Stephen Lang (VFW, Avatar).

The film also stars Stephen Lang, Keith David, Robin Bartlett, Hannah Alline, Heath Freeman, Vadhir Derbez and Major Dodge.

Dazzler Media will release The Seventh Day on DVD & Digital in the UK as well as Ireland from 26th April.
