Later this month Shudder will release the thriller The Boy Behind the Door in the UK , Ireland and other regions worldwide. Tonight we get a look at a new clip that will test your levels of anxiety.
In this one friendship and quest for survival unearth a night of unimaginable terror, awaiting twelve-year-old boy and his friend. Bobby and his friend Kevin walk home from school the pair are kidnapped, Bobby manages to escape. Eventually helping his friend avoiding his captors every move, however he hears another stranger talk about an arrangement making his quest to free his friend even more determined.

A night of unimaginable terror awaits twelve-year-old Bobby and his best friend, Kevin, when they are abducted on their way home from school. Managing to escape his confines, Bobby navigates the dark halls, praying his presence goes unnoticed as he avoids his captor at every turn. Even worse is the arrival of another stranger, whose mysterious arrangement with the kidnapper may spell certain doom for Kevin. With no means of calling for help and miles of dark country in every direction, Bobby embarks on a rescue mission, determined to get himself and Kevin out alive… or die trying.
The films cast includes Lonnie Chavis, Ezra Dewey, Kristin Bauer Van Straten, Scott Michael Foster and Micah Hauptman.
The Boy Behind the Door will be exclusively released on Shudder from 29th July.
