Vader Returns In New Obi-Wan Kenobi Trailer!

May the 4th be with you all! Today is like a Christmas to all Star Wars fans, Lucasfilm have obliged coming the shape of a second official Trailer for Obi-Wan Kenobi!

Oh boy, this new promo will get even more excited with whom it teases. Who? You don’t have to see him, just have hear that iconic heavy breathing…Darth Vader! Hayden Christensen is returning as the legendary Sith Lord reuniting him with Ewan McGregor who returns as the titular character. Has the trailer also revealed Kumail Nanjiani‘s character? Be wary blink you miss who he maybe!

The six part series is set ten years after the events of Star Wars: Revenge of The Sith. There’s a big focus on Reva tracking the Jedi Master who is plagued by losing his star pupil to the dark side.

This trailer reveals more of the tory, as well as showcasing some of the new characters too. Will this be better than The Madalorian which is considered the best Star Wars spin-off? Yes or no this looks fantastic!

The story in this new series begins 10 years after the dramatic events of Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith, where Obi-Wan Kenobi faced his greatest defeat—the downfall and corruption of his best friend and Jedi apprentice, Anakin Skywalker, who turned to the dark side as the evil Sith Lord Darth Vader.

The series cast also includes Moses Ingram, Joel Edgerton, Bonnie Piesse, Kumail Nanjiani, Indira Varma, Rupert Friend, O’Shea Jackson Jr., Sung Kang, Simone Kessell, and Benny Safdie.

The release date of Obi-Wan Kenobi has slightly changed, launching on Disney+ exclusively from 27th May.
