‘This Is It!’ Yorgos Lanthimos’ Kinds Of Kindness First Trailer

This is it! Is it the moment of truth or just we’re stoked to see what Yorgos Lanthimos‘ does after Poor Things, Kinds Of Kindness. Today Searchlight Pictures reveal all by releasing the first UK Teaser Trailer

Whatever Greek filmmaker Lanthimos seems to create these days seems to turn to gold. Poor Things certainly proved that theory, possibly it’s the collaboration with Emma Stone. Probably both and that moment of truth will be tested soon to see after winning Oscar gold will the success continue.

Bella Baxter is onboard and so is Jesse Plemons. It’s been called a ‘triptych fable’ means a combination of stories about a man getting his life back. A policeman whose wife disappears, returns a different person and a woman looking for someone with special powers.

Not a lot is known about Kinds Of Kindness in of plot. When you have a cast you can trust and deliver fans won’t care much about the plot. Also we won’t have same wait as Poor Things this time!

From visionary director Yorgos Lanthimos, Kinds of Kindness is a triptych fable, following a man without choice who tries to take control of his own life; a policeman who is alarmed that his wife who was missing-at-sea has returned and seems a different person; and a woman determined to find a specific someone with a special ability, who is destined to become a prodigious spiritual leader.

The rest of the film’s cast also includes Willem Dafoe, Margaret Qualley, Hong Chau, Joe Alwyn, Mamoudou Athie, Krystal Alayne Chambers and Hunter Schafer.

Kinds of Kindness will be in UK and Irish cinemas from 28th June.
