The Big Characters Of Game Appear In New Wreck-It-Ralph Trailer!

Oh boy this is a nostalgic virtual trip down memory lane for us that where kids in 1980’s and 1990’s Disney have released an second trailer for gametastic Wreck-It-Ralph. John C Reilly stars as the eponymous video game bad guy (and titular role) who attempts to find himself and a game to accept his desires to become the good guy for once. Though this one isn’t out until2013 in UK&Ireland but American fans will see this in November and Disney have released this trailer which will be shown in cinemas and this one is a visual treat as we now meet some of the big names of gaming with characters from Sonic, Mario and Streetfighter franchises. Overall this one has over 70 characters in total which is unusual for any animated feature! What’s really great about Wreck-it-Ralph is the low key marketing approach it’s taking plus it’s breaking away from the traditional Disney mould taking a more satirical modern feel all thanks to having Futurama’s Rich Moore directing. The trailer also gives a first look at Fix-It Felix Jr (Jack MacBrayer) too!
This is one film that everyone will love just hope the story and the video game reference do merge nicely. Wreck-It-Ralph wont be out in UK&Ireland until 13th February 2013 and November 2nd USA and stars the voices of Sarah Silverman, Jack McBrayer, Jane Lynch and Alan Tudyk.
Walt Disney Animation Studios and Emmy®-winning director Rich Moore (TV’s “The Simpsons,” “Futurama”) take moviegoers on a hilarious, arcade-game-hopping journey in “Wreck-It Ralph.” Ralph (voice of John C. Reilly, “Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby,” “Step Brothers”) is tired of being overshadowed by Fix-It Felix (voice of Jack McBrayer, “30 Rock”), the “good guy” star of their game who always gets to save the day. But after decades doing the same thing and seeing all the glory go to Felix, Ralph decides he’s tired of playing the role of a bad guy. He takes matters into his own massive hands and sets off on a game-hopping journey across the arcade through every generation of video games to prove he’s got what it takes to be a hero.
On his quest, he meets the tough-as-nails Sergeant Calhoun (voice of Jane Lynch, TV’s “Glee”) from the first-person action game Hero’s Duty. But it’s the feisty misfit Vanellope von Schweetz (voice of Sarah Silverman, “The Sarah Silverman Program”) from the candy-coated cart racing game, Sugar Rush, whose world is threatened when Ralph accidentally unleashes a deadly enemy that threatens the entire arcade. Will Ralph realise his dream and save the day before it’s too late? “Wreck-It Ralph” crashes onto the big screen in February 2013, in Disney Digital 3D™ in select UK cinemas.
