Some maybe calling this Bruce Almighty with aliens but when you have one directing plus the Pythons as Aliens, you’ll be leaping from tree to tree as you float down the mighty rivers of British Columbia with your best girl by your side!

Directed by Terry Jones Absolutely Anything tells the tale a disillusioned school teacher (Pegg) who suddenly finds he has the ability to do anything he wishes, a challenge bestowed upon him by a group of power-crazed aliens (voiced by Cleese, Gilliam, Jones, Palin & Idle), watching him from space.

As he struggles to deal with these new found powers and the events that subsequently arise, he calls upon his loyal canine companion Dennis to help him along the way.

Mishap after mishap finally leads him to the ultimate conundrum that all men dread and at which many have failed….should he choose the girl….or the dog….?

When you can get the remaining Pythons all together adds intrigue to the premise, as ever Simon Pegg is a likable actor but he has been hit& miss for a while now. Whilst he isn’t in this in person Dennis the dog is voiced by the late great Robin Williams a comedy legend in his own right.British Bruce Almighty possibly but we’ll wait and see if this premise we’re seeing may unravel more as we get closer to release date.
