Robert Rodriguez Hypnotic Gets A UK Trailer

Ben Affleck will do anything for his missing daughter in the UK Trailer for Hypnotic. Ahead of it’s release next month, we get an official look at Robert Rodriguez latest thriller things get trippy and frantic.

After making a surprise screening at SXSW, Warner Bros are now prepping the film for it’s general release. This film actually involved Rodriguez‘s children in the production, Rebel (producer and script), Rhiannon (storyboards), Rogue (animatics) and Rocket (editing).

Affleck is detective Danny Rourke who finds himself on the most important case of his career, searching for his daughter. A case that will see Danny slide deeper into the rabbit hole which will see him question everything and everyone. He must search for Spectre one man who maybe the key to finding his daughter, with help of a gifted psychic.

This film steps into big Inception territory and this promo sets the tone of the film. It looks like the film will have fun playing with your mind with many Alfred Hitchcock inspired moves. If anyone has seen someone hypnotised will know they sometimes unearth something unexpected…

Determined to find his missing daughter, detective Danny Rourke instead finds himself spiralling down a rabbit hole while investigating a series of reality-bending bank robberies where he will ultimately call into question his most basic assumptions about everything and everyone in his world. Aided by Diana Cruz, an unnervingly gifted psychic, Rourke simultaneously pursues and is pursued by a lethal spectre – the one man he believes holds the key to finding the missing girl – only to discover more than he ever bargained for.
