Peter Duels With Captain Hook In Peter Pan & Wendy New Trailer
Later this month Disney will take us back to Neverland with Peter Pan & Wendy. Tonight we get a glimpse at David Lowery’s film with a new trailer that teases Peter Pan duels with Captain Hook!
Many kids wish they could grow up quickly, in Peter Pan’s world you never grow up and Wendy (Ever Anderson) dreams of that desire . There is a promise of action which our titular character (Alexander Molony) comes face to face with the film’s classic villain. Jude Law is Hook and he looks to be having a ball, do mind your step there is a crocodile too.
This looks solid with Disney+ the right place for this to show. The trailer gives a better impression of the film, far from the classic animated version level but still worth a look…

A Disney+ Original movie, “Peter Pan & Wendy” is a live-action reimagining of the J.M. Barrie novel andthe 1953 animated classic, streaming 2023, only on Disney+. Directed by David Lowery (“The Green Knight,” “Pete’s Dragon”), the film introduces Wendy Darling, a young girl afraid to leave her childhood home behind who meets Peter Pan, a boy who refuses to grow up. Alongside her brothers and a tiny fairy, Tinker Bell, she travels with Peter to the magical world of Neverland. There, she encounters an evil pirate captain, Captain Hook, and embarks on a thrilling and dangerous adventure that will change her life forever.
The rest of the cast includes Yara Shahidi, Alyssa Wapanatâhk, Joshua Pickering, Jacobi Jupe, Molly Parker, Alan Tudyk, and Jim Gaffigan.
Peter Pan & Wendy will stream exclusively on Disney+ from 28th April.
