Owen Wilson can’t hack golf in Stick. Today Apple TV+ have released the official Trailer for the sports comedy series who just like the game again!

Stick is a 10 episode series from Jason Keller with Owen Wilson starring and also onboard as an executive producer. Wilson is Pryce Cahill a one time big pro golfer who finds his career derailed, marriage collapsed and fired from his job. Pryce sees a limelight when he finds young golf phenom that might help him rise back to the top becoming his mentor.

The cast includes Judy Greer and Timothy Olyphant. Also featuring guest appearances from golf superstars such as Collin Morikawa, Keegan Bradley, Max Homa, Wyndham Clark and more. Along with cameos from broadcasters Jim Nantz and Trevor Immelman,Matt Scharff, Brad Dalke and Garrett Clark, and Dan Rapaport.

“Stick” is a new sports comedy series created by Jason Keller and starring and executive produced by Owen Wilson. Wilson stars as Pryce Cahill, an over-the-hill, ex-pro golfer whose career was derailed prematurely 20 years ago. After the collapse of his marriage and getting fired from his job at an Indiana sporting goods store, Pryce hedges his bets, and future, entirely on a troubled 17-year-old golf phenom named Santi (Peter Dager). “Stick” is a heartfelt, feel-good sports comedy about a found family and their relationships set within the world of golf as it has never been shown before.

Stick will debut globally on Apple TV+ from 4th June with the first three episodes.
