New Cry Macho Featurettes Celebrates Clint Eastwood’s Legacy

There is very few actors who can still say there active in front and behind the camera. One of those actors is Clint Eastwood, no one can argue that his legacy is unbelievable. Next month his latest film, Cry Macho at the age of 91 he directs along with the lead role. To push that release Warner Bros have released a number of Featurettes celebrating Eastwood’s filmmaking history. All with various clips, behind the scene clips along with cast, crew, fellow actors and filmmakers giving praise to Eastwood.

In this film, he plays a washed up horse breeder one time rodeo star. When he’s asked by an ex-boss if he can bring his son back from Mexico. A journey that becomes more challenging than expected with challenges and a redemption.

These Featurettes will also help to push Clint Eastwood: Cinematic Legacy, an 9 part documentary series celebrating Clint’s 50 years in the industry. It’s also a anniversary that started a way back when Dirty Harry was released. You can purchase the digital version a week before Cry Macho is released on 5th November.

From Warner Bros. Pictures comes director/producer Clint Eastwood’s uplifting and poignant drama “Cry Macho.” The film stars Eastwood as Mike Milo, a one-time rodeo star and washed-up horse breeder who, in 1979, takes a job from an ex-boss to bring the man’s young son home from Mexico. Forced to take the backroads on their way to Texas, the unlikely pair faces an unexpectedly challenging journey, during which the world-weary horseman finds unexpected connections and his own sense of redemption.

Cry Macho also stars Eduardo Minett, Dwight Yoakam, Natalia Traven, Fernanda Urrejola,  and Horacio Garcia Rojas. The film will be released in UK and Irish cinema from 12th November.
