Girls! Girls! Girls!‘ Next month on Netflix the Mötley Crüe Biopic ‘The Dirt’ and today they have shared the film’s Official Trailer online.

Directed by Jeff Tremaine the film is based on book (& co-written by) Neil Strauss, The Dirt: Confessions of the World’s Most Notorious Rock Band. The music made them famous, but what they did in between the shows, the albums made them infamous. Sex, Drugs and Rock ‘N’ Roll summed these guys to a T, they wanted fun, they wanted the girls. They got both, a groupie Valhalla, a drugs paradise

The film stars Colson Baker (aka Machine Gun Kelly) as Tommy Lee, Douglas Booth as Nikki Sixx, Daniel Webber as Vince Neil, and Iwan Rheon as Mick Mars.

When it came to Hair Metal(or Glam Metal) in the 1980’s these guys were one of the big guns. MTV it was Heavy Metal everyone knew it wasn’t. These guys were just boys being boys having debauched fun, getting into trouble with the law. Nearly 3 decades on these guys still play and in the metals and rock scene you can still see their influence.

One redeeming aspect of Bohemian Rhapsody, is any biopics especially ones from the music world they are not goign for the generic style. This one like David Bowie one (if it gets made) concentrate on one period of the bands time. Also it looks like they won’t be scared to show the film’s wild side either.

Based on the bestselling autobiography from Mötley Crüe, the film is an unflinching tale of success and excess as four misfits rise from the streets of Hollywood to the heights of international fame.

The film will also star David Costabile, Rebekah Graf and Pete Davidson.

The Dirt will launch globally on Netflix from 22nd March 2019.
