Nothing as it seems in Charlie Brooker‘s Black Mirror. Netflix have dropped the official first Trailer for Season 7 and asks you to lose your mind, lose your reality!
The most important detail with this promo is the new season’s launch date. That date will be 10th April launching with six new episodes of technology driven nightmares. One could argue, is Black Mirror actually a documentary rather than an anthology?
The cast is big as usual with the new season including Awkwafina, Milanka Brooks, Peter Capaldi, Paul Giamatti, Lewis Gribben, Osy Ikhile, Rashida Jones, Siena Kelly, Billy Magnussen, Rosy McEwen, Cristin Milioti, Chris O’Dowd, Issa Rae, Plus Paul G. Raymond, Tracee Ellis Ross, Jimmi Simpson, and Harriet Walter.
What will these episodes be about and whom of the announced cast will be in each one? That news is under embargo for a couple weeks more, what do know is the series is going back to it’s roots. After several horror themed seasons it goes back to our relationship with technology. AI and memory looked to be two bag factors and there’s even a sequel to USS Callister!
Charlie Brooker’s dark, satirical anthology series will return in 2025 with six brand new episodes, including a sequel to the sci-fi adventure USS Callister.
Black Mirror Season 7 will launch on Netflix from 10th April.
