Listen To The Chronicle Episode 017 – Cobweb & The Equalizer 3

Equalizer 3

It’s that time of the week again for another episode of The Chronicle, the official film podcast for The Peoples Movies. In Episode 017, Paul Devine reviews Horror Cobweb and The Equalizer 3.
First for review is the horror film Cobweb from Lionsgate Films. The film stars Woody Norman (known for C’Mon, C’Mon, appearing alongside Joaquin Phoenix) as Peter, a quiet boy who begins hearing knocking sounds followed by a girl’s voice speaking to him. She reveals her identity and expresses a desire to be Peter’s friend. Peter, who has no friends and is being bullied at school, is advised by the girl not to heed his parents’ words (played by Lizzy Caplan and Antony Starr), who claim that everything is a product of his imagination. Are Peter’s parents concealing a dark family secret? Who or what is Peter really communicating with?
