It’s Massive Week 2 For Deadpool & Wolverine At Official Film Chart

“He has risen, baby girl!” It’s a second big week at Number 1 for Deadpool & Wolverine on the Official Film Chart. The Marvel Studios sequel outsells the rest of the Top 20 combined as it extends its reign on digital sales only.

It’s not ‘quiet’ on the chart for frightening origin story A Quiet Place: Day One flies back into the chart at Number 2 following its release on DVD, Blu-ray and 4K UHD.  After the demise of eOne Films this week’s highest new entry The Last Voyage of the Demeter  disappeared  from cinema listing. Finall now at Number 3, the supernatural horror is based on a single chapter from Bram Stoker’s Dracula and sees the crew of a chartered ship faced with strange and terrifying events as they ship 24 mysterious, unmarked wooden crates to the UK…

Meanwhile, several fan favourites hold strong in the Top 10; Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire (4),  Despicable Me 4 (5), Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes (6), Inside Out 2 (7), Twisters (8) and Bad Boys: Ride or Die (10).

Finally, psychological horror Longlegs re-enters the official film chart at Number 9, its highest position for six weeks, having previously peaked at Number 4.
