How To Train Your Dragon TV Spot Features New Footage

A new TV spot has premiered for Universal Pictures’ How to Train Your Dragon, a live-action reimagining of the 2010 animation from DreamWorks. Following the first trailer’s release in November, the TV spot includes some exciting new footage, giving fans further insight into the Viking Isle of Berk and its fascinating array of inhabitants.

When an ancient threat endangers both humans and dragons, Hiccup and Toothless resolve to work together toward peace and a new future for both species.
Alongside Thames and Butler, the How to Train Your Dragon remake will also star Julian Dennison (Deadpool 2, Godzilla vs. Kong) and Nick Frost (Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz). Butler will reprise his role in the remake, originally voicing the character in the 2010 animation.
The original film led to a successful franchise for DreamWorks, collectively generating over $1.6 billion at the global box office. The remake will be a first for the studio, being their debut live-action motion picture.
Produced by Marc Platt and Adam Siegel and shot in IMAX, How to Train Your Dragon will be released theatrically in the UK, Ireland and the United States on 13th June.
