Hell Awakens For ‘The Dude’ In A New Seventh SonTrailer

Hell ‘hath no fury like The Dude scorned, hell awakens for ‘The Dude’ Jeff Bridges as a new (UK) trailer for the long forgotten soon to be released fantasy adventure Seventh Son.

Like the Land that time forgot Sergei Bodrov‘s film attempts to refresh our memories which will be full of winged serpent type creatures attempt devour or burn to smithereens our film hero played by Ben Barnes. With the film been ready for release since 2012 can Jeff Bridges convince us that he can pull of a Gandalf in an entertaining film or simply a bad cast off of Dungeons & Dragons cosplayers and The Hobbit ‘hand me downs’?

Seventh Son tells the tale of Tom (Ben Barnes)a prophesized hero born with incredible powers, the last Seventh Son. John Gregory (Bridges) the sole remaining warrior of a mystical order who is sent to teach Tom the ways of his order and help him defeat the evil dark queen (Julianne Moore)and the army of supernatural assassins she has dispatched against their kingdom.

If your lookng for something that will deliver more cheese than a dairy with F.U.N stamped on it this film looks like it will deliver that promise. It’s no rocket science this film is not one the Academy will be looking for in Oscar awards, this is based on the best-selling kids Book series by Joseph Delaney called The Wardstone Chronicles, so that’ll give you an idea whom this film’s demographic audience is. Just leave your brain at the box office counter pick up your favourite snacks and enjoy the ride.

Seventh Son will open in the UK on 27th March 2015 (we hope) co starring Alicia Vikander, Kit Harington,Olivia Williams, Antje Traue with Djimon Hounsou
