Guy Ritchie’s Operation Fortune: Ruse de guerre Gets First Trailer

Tomorrow Guy Ritchie’s Wrath Of Man will finally arrive in the UK when it’s released on Prime Video. Today STX Films have sent us the first UK Trailer for his next venture with Jason Statham  in Operation Fortune: Ruse de guerre.

When it comes to The Stath we know what type of film we’ll be getting from him. That’s not really a negative, far from it we love his films and has plenty of films that stand out. For this one throw in comedy into the action and thriller as Statham plays our titular character Orson Fortune. MI6 Agent with his band of useless sidekicks attempt to stop new weaponry technology getting into wrong hands.

The humour is flying so is the action and Statham doing what he does best, kick-ass. Ruse de guerre means a strategic act of deception used by the military against an opponent. It teases not all what it seems here, most of all great to see Ritchie delivering some comedy again. This certainly looks one of hi better films and we cannot wait!

Super spy Orson Fortune (Jason Statham) must track down and stop the sale of a deadly new weapons technology wielded by billionaire arms broker Greg Simmonds (Hugh Grant). Reluctantly teamed with some of the world’s best operatives (Aubrey Plaza, Cary Elwes, Bugzy Malone), Fortune and his crew recruit Hollywood’s biggest movie star Danny sco (Josh Hartnett) to help them on their globe-trotting undercover mission to save the world.

The film also stars Aubrey Plaza, Josh Hartnett, Cary Elwes, Bugzy Malone, and Hugh Grant. Operation Fortune: Ruse de guerre is set for release in the UK and Ireland in 2022.
