When it comes to documentary series, the streaming platform has had much success and they’ll be hoping this limited series will follow suit. The series is executively produced by Ryan Murphy (American Horror Story) in a documentary promises to chronicle portrait of the iconic artist.
From the personal diary entries he started filming as far back to 1968. From his words and despite his rise through the Pop Art scene to his sudden death in 1987, there’s very little known about him personally. The rare footage hopes to unearth those mysteries including his words which are recreated using AI technology including permission from the Andy Warhol Foundation…

Executive produced by Murphy, Dan Braun, Josh Braun, Stacey Reiss, Stanley Buchthal and directed by Rossi, Andy Warhol Diaries deftly validates Warhol’s belief that the idea is not to live forever but to create art that will.
