First Look At Bumblebee Transformers Spin-Off
When you mention Transformers in any discussion about movies you get a sense of dread that things will go downhill. The franchise may bring in the readies for Paramount critically is another story. Christmas 2018 that extended world Michael Bay promised will kick-off with the first spin-off, Bumblebee.
Today the studio has released the first look image showing our Autobot hero in his Volkswagen Buggy form. Driving the ‘buggy’ is our film’s lead human character, Charlie played by Hailee Steinfeld. The movie also marks the live-action feature debut for Travis Knight (Coraline, Kubo and The Two Strings). The director promised the movie will be a different tone and pace from the franchise. On the run in the year 1987, Bumblebee finds refuge in a junkyard in a small Californian beach town. Charlie (Hailee Steinfeld), on the cusp of turning 18 and trying to find her place in the world, discovers Bumblebee, battle-scarred and broken. When Charlie revives him, she quickly learns this is no ordinary, yellow VW bug.
Bumblebee will be released in the UK, Ireland on 26th December 2018 (the USA 21st December 2018). Co-starring John Cena and Pamela Adlon.

I always get confused with the Transformers movies as I’m unable to tell which robot is which when they are fighting at speed. Bumblebee stands out due to his bright yellow colour. Hopefully with just him to concentrate on the story can be the focus instead
No your spot on Kev, apart from Optimus prime and bumblebee I wouldn’t recognise the rest too.
