All Eyez On Me UK Trailer Live For Something, Be Willing To Die For Something

After F. Gary Gray‘s Straight Outta Compton, the interest in more biopics on iconic rappers grew and later this Summer Tupac Shakur life will be on the big screen.  All Eyez On Me Benny Boom’s biopic promises to tell the untold story of one of the most prolific rappers, actor, poet and activist Tupac Shakur. He stood for something, he lived for something and was willing to die for something and Lionsgate Films has dropped the UK Trailer, check it out…

He didn’t hide from confrontation or shy away from his beliefs which won him, enemies, not just with authorities but with fellow rappers. When he was murdered in 1995 aged only 25, his death opened the to endless conspiracy theories on who was responsible. 22 years later we’re still no closer to finding out who killed him and there was even a notion Tupac could be a ‘revolutionary’ and unite gangs together (his Stepfather Mutulu played by Jamie Hector).

ALL EYEZ ON ME tells the true and untold story of a prolific rapper, actor, poet and activist Tupac Shakur. The film follows Shakur from his early days in New York City to his evolution into being one of the world’s most recognised and influential voices before his untimely death at the age of 25. Against all odds, Shakur’s raw talent, powerful lyrics and revolutionary mindset propelled him into becoming a cultural icon whose legacy continues to grow long after his ing.

we do get a glimpse at that fateful moment that kills Tupac right down to his rise in fame and to the stark warning from his Black Panther mother Afani (played by The Walking Dead’s Danai Gurira). He even sees him meet his rival Notorious B.I.G. (Jamal Woolard, who also playedB.I.G in Notorious).
