Dickinson Season 3 Trailer Promises ‘Poetic Justice’

Whilst the jury is still out on Apple TV+ giving Ted Lasso another season (4) another critically acclaimed series Dickinson final season is soon to be released. Apple today have unveiled a brand new second Trailer which promises ‘poetic justice’.

Hailee Steinfeld stars for one final time as our rebellious young poet Emily Dickinson. Who audaciously explores the constraints of society, gender and family seen from her own perspective . Set in the 19th century, the series is a coming-of-age story that finds Emily to be the unexpected hero for our millennial generation.

In the third season, Emily Dickinson’s most productive time as an artist falls amid the raging American Civil War and an equally fierce battle that divides her own family. As Emily tries to heal the divides around her, she wonders if art can help keep hope alive, and whether the future can be better than the past.

Starring alongside Steinfeld, the returning ensemble cast includes Toby Huss, Adrian Blake Enscoe, Anna Baryshnikov, Ella Hunt, Amanda Warren, Chinaza Uche, and Jane Krakowski, Wiz Khalifa. The new season will also feature brand new guest stars including Ziwe as ‘Sojourner Truth,’ who also ed as a writer, Billy Eichner as ‘Walt Whitman,’ and Chloe Fineman as ’Sylvia Plath;’ as well as returning favourites Zosia Mamet as ‘Louisa May Alcott’ and Will Pullen as ‘Nobody.’

The first three episodes of a ten episode final season of Dickinson will launch on Friday 5th November.
