Clint Eastwood’s movie tells the story the real-life story of three men whose brave act turned them into heroes during a high-speed railway ride. Today Warner Bros. Pictures has released the first UK Trailer for the movie.Check it out…

In the early evening of August 21, 2015, the world watched in stunned silence as the media reported a thwarted terrorist attack on Thalys train #9364 bound for Paris—an attempt prevented by three courageous young Americans travelling through Europe. The film follows the course of the friends’ lives, from the struggles of childhood through finding their footing in life, to the series of unlikely events leading up to the attack. Throughout the harrowing ordeal, their friendship never wavers, making it their greatest weapon and allowing them to save the lives of the more than 500 engers on board.

This movie is been labelled the ‘unofficial’ third movie of American Heroes Trilogy, celebrating real-life heroes. The other two movies have been Sully. Regardless of the three men been National Guard and Air Force, they thwarted a terrorist attack, whilst on holiday. These movies remind us, our little planet is not a safe place but life must go on, be vigilant.

This movie doesn’t look like it will play the political card nor Patriotism like American Sniper. If anything it’s a story of humanism. Clint Eastwood has used Anthony Sadler, Alek Skarlatos, and Spencer Stone, the real heroes in this movie. Not an unusual move from a director, nor does it suggest they couldn’t afford a big name actor either. This won’t be one that will be running for awards, just a solid story that should be shared by many, not the few.

The 15:17 To Paris will be released in the UK, Ireland and the USA from 9th February 2018. Co-starring Jenna Fischer, Judy Greer, Ray Corasani, PJ Byrne, Tony Hale, and Thomas Lennon.
