Belt Up Denzil Washington Flies Upside Down In Flight Extended TV Spot

When you think of planes flying upside down you automatically think of the Red Devils stunt planes but never a commercial plane full of engers. In Flight Denzil Washington it’s the only option to save all onboard, tonight Yahoo Movies have released an 90 second extended TV Spot. It maybe hard to believe this is actually a Robert Zemeckis film, the same director who has spent the last decade destroying his fantastic CV (Back To The Future, Forest Gump) with motion capture films thankfully it looks like he’s seen the light.
In Flight Washington plays Whip an commercial airline pilot who safely lands a badly damaged airplane saving nearly everyone onboard becoming a hero to not just the survivors but in the eyes of the press too. As crash investigation starts it unfolds that the crash maybe the result of more than just a damaged airplane possibly the result of what the pilot was under the influence of from the night before.
Back In June we saw the official trailer was released it seem to virtually reveal the whole plot of the film despite this been called a TV Spot and only 34 seconds shorter this spot is much of the same however this one isn’t spoilerish. a decade or two or go this one may have seen the main star as well as director nominations in the awards season however with the low key affair from Paramount Pictures on this film this maybe missed. On the brighter this does look a solid film and curiosity to see how Zemeckis fairs back in the living world may see this one get a decent run, how good it is we’ll find out over the weekend when the film premiers at New York Film Festival.
Flight stars John Goodman, Don Cheadle, James Badge Dale, Melissa Leo,Bruce Greenwood with the film touching down in UK&Ireland 1st February 2013 (USA 2nd November)
