Jones plays Ruby, the only person in her family whose hearing is ok. She has aspirations in music and singing. As she takes those first steps, her families fishing business is falling apart and threatened with closure. Ruby is torn apart from following her dream or saving her families business.

This could be a great film to compliment Sound Of Metal, showcasing another side of living with people who  are deaf. inspiring grounded drama.
