Amy Adams ‘Wannabe Your Dog’ In Nightbitch First Trailer

Motherhood is a different beast, In the first UK Trailer for Searchlight Pictures Horror comedy, Nightbitch which Amy Adams ‘wannabe your Dog’.

This December the actress will  unleash the beast in Marielle Heller‘s  (A Beautiful Day In The Neighbourhood) film.  Adams has been many things during her career Cult leader wife, Lois Lane, even a linguist trying to save humanity. Now a mother of toddler  who is turning feral, sit! Walkies!

Nightbitch is based on Rachel Yoder‘s novel of the same name. Adams plays a stay at home mother living in the suburbs with her husband (Scoot McNairy) and their toddler. Life is mundane for her and soon enough reality becomes blurry and slowly she believes she is turning into a dog!

The film also stars Arleigh Patrick Snowden, Emmett James Snowden, Zoë Chao, Mary Holland, Archana Rajan, and Jessica Harper.

This looks and sounds very surreal, you sometimes wonder if you should be laughing with it or at it. We can say it’s an ‘unique’ look at motherhood, those parental animal instincts. They say we all have a ‘wild side’, if you are a mother is it making you feral?

A stay-at-home mother starts experiencing bizarre changes, suspecting she is transforming into a dog. As her reality blurs between the mundane and the monstrous, she grapples with her identity, her role in the family, and the primal instincts awakening within her.

Nightbitch will be released in the UK, Ireland, U.S and many other regions from 6th December.
