All Is Not Lost In Star Wars: The Force Awakens Japanese Trailer

Just when you thought it was safe to say that’s ‘final’ another one has arrived, behold a new international trailer for  Star Wars: The Force Awakens has arrived. Not all is lost those expecting no more trailers our Japanese friends have released a new one with new unseen footage…

So why do we have a new  Star Wars: The Force Awakens trailer? When they announced a few week ago with the last trailer that didn’t mean every region. Now we get another look with loads of new footage not seen in any other international trailer in the world! The trailer doesn’t deliver any spoilers however what it does do is tease us on some plot points that have been doing the rounds on the rumour mills. The standout of all the footage is an awesome one with Kylo Ren (Adam Driver) threatening Daisy Ridley‘s Rey with his lightsaber, striking imagery. There is also some chat that suggests some pointers on who Rey’s parent(s) possibly be maybe.“I know all about waiting… for my family.”, so is shee talking about characters from the original film franchise?

There’s also questions on Kylo Ren’s parentage whose from a group that models themselves on the Sith called Knights of Ren. We know Ren is not his surname but talking to the burnt mask of Darth Vader saying, “I will fulfill our destiny. I will finish what you started”. Family connection with possibly Anakin Skywalker or just an obssession? John Boyega‘s Finn next one in line to question the parentage, still an mystery but sorry no Luke Skywalker?!

You can either tuck this one away for a few more weeks until the film arrives save the fun for the big screen or soak it all in. Whatever you do a big thumbs up to JJ Abrams, he is good at keeping his films plots close his chest keeping the magic for the right time, the films release.
